This is absurd, it is utterly unbelieveable.
It's not even fathomable that this change happened. Awful, genuinely the worst.
Give us back our Nastrond Charges, if people can't use them all in burst properly, that's a skill issue - we shouldn't be getting punished because some people can't press buttons.
