how would you feel if apartments could be expanded to roughly housing interior sides/get a balcony to place a small number of outdoor decos?

i know housing is a contentious topic, lot of debate between whether you can only one one property, if we should have wards open up whenever one is near capacity with said limitation etc etc.. but i was wondering if folks would like something like this as you could build a large facility indoors which is what a lot of folks want for house decorating, and with a balcony for a few bits and baubles

just seems like a nice mid ground for most but curious what you all think
