My alt character is unable to find the "Go West, Craftsman" which opens "The Boutique Always Wins" quest that ultimately unlocked the White Scrip exchange.
Now I have a lot of White Gatherer Scrips and nowhere to use them, does anyone know how to properly unlock the white gatherer scrip exchange!?.
I don't know if anything changed after Rowena's House of Splendor was removed.
