Ive had my account since 2010 and my ffxiv account since it launched but i stopped playing months after the game came out and then again when they revamped it completely with new story and what not in 2013 ithink? anywho i recently tried to log onto my account and maybe resub. Found out my account got hacked in the 7ish year absence. Redid all my information and what not but i had to email support to unlock my account. They said i had to call in to get it unlocked. Waited a few weeks and then the covid stuff started happening and i just kinda forgot about it. Just recently tried to get it unlocked again since im home alot more now and i had to submit some form stating what happend or why i want it back. Im assuming customer service is slower now since they dont do phone calls anymore? Are they closed on the weekends also?
I cant even see what characters i have, since my acc was hacked i wasnt sure if they deleted all my stuff. BUT i did see theres a character so i did that and found my character luckily, BUT when i log into the site, it doenst let me see it, only when im logged out, which i thought was weird?
I just want my original account back, although im only a lvl 31 Galdiator, i just dont want to have to buy the game again :/
EDIT: My characters name is Odifma Taltos on the Behemoth(primal) server. Which was one of the questiosn the form asked but i didnt know at the time since i coudlnt see any of my characters at the time(before finding out theres a character search).
