Obviously in some instances a person does far better than everyone else and I give them a recommendation. Or if someone is starting out I usually recommend them.
If everyone does well what I do is give it to someone who uses a class I like/use. I only use 5 classes so its pretty easy since usually one person will be using a class I use. Just wondering if there is some protocol I don't know about on who to recommend.
