How do I start Ex content?

• I have bought the correct food
• I watched guides

I have a few questions:

1. So do I just post up a PF? Do I wait until a non farm one get posted?
2. Do I use food in training groups? (This would be good to know considering that they cons a fair amount to buy.)
3. What tags do I use/look for?
