Me and 2 friends are on Twintania, which was at the time and still seems to be a preferred world. EXP Buff for new players etc.
Now we got a 3rd friend to join us, but he currently cant join Twintania cause its "not accepting new characters".
How does this make any sense? EXP Bonus for all new player created on Twintania, but not accepting new characters?
