Right now, healers are all about healing or mitigating damage. The only other thing they do have is Esuna for the occasional debuff afterthought.
The Final Fantasy franchise has always been huge on debuffs (as much as iconic buffs like reflect, counter etc). Heavy, Darkness, Slow, Stop, Petrify, you name it.
How are healers feeling about removing Esuna and replacing it with either more specific abilities or even targetable medicine? Antidotes, eye drops, etc? Or even keeping Esuna but only for the actually game ending debuffs like Stop etc (the ones that were never really covered by specific medicine in older titles)?
I am asking without any agenda here, I'm pretty curious to gauge how healers feel about that kind of healing?
