Housing Improved, A New Simpler System.

This thread is not about how to obtain a house, but about how housing works.

Point 1:

My concern is more about how housing functions and i thought about a much better solution for the storage and space problems.
I own a small plot and my storage contains ~150 items, and there are ~190 in my house, i keep a little bit of space just in case, i also have some old walls and floors stored on my retainer.
But it really feels like there is so much more to get, but in just don't have the storage space for it, not to mention that some items would be required to get multiple times.

When my house was empty i spend several days, just farming all kind of materials to craft new stuff for my house and it was a lot of fun, now that i have redone my interior twice, i just don't feel like farming any more items because i don't know where to store them, unless i throw away some older items.

I counted up all housing items in the database, walls, floor, garden items, furniture, decoration...
It is a whopping 1758 items
10 full retainers of housing items!

So here is my Big-Brain solution to all these problems, and the future , when more items get added to the game, and also those who are not fortune enough to own a house just yet.

Instead of storing every Piece of housing furniture as a physical item that costs inventory space, just make the Player Character "learn" the piece of furniture and add it to a list similar to mounts, pets, triple triad cards. You just "unlock" the thing and then put it in your house.

So even people who don't own a house could already collect furniture items and use them later.

Items placed inside the house would still need to save their color however, so you could use the existing storage for that, if an item is colored or has a wallpaper on it you could move it into the storage, but when you delete it, is is still in your list and can be placed again.

Obviously, you should be able to put the same item multiple times into your house as it is now, but you could in theory unlock every of the 1700+ items in the game and use them for housing.

Point 2

If you have never done so, go on you tube and watch some of these very impressive housing design some people make, the level of creativity some people have is outstanding, but a lot of them require many many hours of work, just arduously glitching stuff up and down.
I myself spend a good 10 minutes just to move a simple wall above my door to get it where i wanted it to be.
This could be so much better and give people even more freedom if you could move items vertically (y-axis)

here is an example of what it could look like:

Point 3
As mentioned many items before, i think the amount of items you can put in your house are too little, i suggest an increase of 50%.
I really like to have a lot of food items around, they make such great decoration, but i cant place any more sadly..
