Thank you team for the continued work in housing. I am one of those players who love spending more time than I care to admit decorating homes in game and I always look forward to seeing what comes next.
There is a constant battle for plots in the current system. Not only are we competing against other players but also accounts with multiple characters with each having a free company house to take advantage of the submarine system to farm exclusive items only from those ventures. This makes it difficult not only to get a house but also upgrade to a larger plot.
I would love to upgrade my FC's house to a large. We adore our location and medium. The only reason we really want the upgrade is because of one more deluxe garden plot. A garden plot team, a garden plot. Now that interiors in 8.1 can be changed at a small fee of gil, why not also allow every house, no matter the size of the plot, have up to 3 deluxe gardens? This would encourage less people to move THUS making competition for housing a lot less. Granted it won't stop the service accounts owning multiple FCs, but it might help. Please consider this!
Thank you!
