I'm trying to do "Always a Bigger Fish"
The quest itself, and comments on the Lodestone and the wiki I use all refer to "Truth of Oceans" but I cannot figure out where that is supposed to come from. I'm level 68 and did "A New Fishing Ex-spear-ience" but still don't have this skill.
Am I missing something? I'm so confused.
Also "Shark Eye II" to locate the spearfishing nodes is missing and I'm not sure how to find them other than by wandering around.
