So coming back to FFXIV I want to play as a Ranged DPS (used to Tank, previously).
I'm planning on getting back into raiding as well, especially with so much more free time on my hands.
Things I want:
- I really enjoy having utility in group content. Probably the most important thing for me.
- Would prefer if my class wasn't too popular as I don't want to overlap classes in 10 mans or have too many issues getting into a group.
- I'm an Australian player who sits at about ~150 ping, so having a Ranged DPS that deals well with higher latency is also important.
That's all I can think of for now, I know DNC is looking like it will be recommended for me but damn, I really don't like the flavour of that class at all. So would really prefer something else, unless it's too suitable and then maybe I can look past it.
