Has the dev team given any reason why they just stopped doing craftable, glowey EX weapons?

7.2 was the last time we got new craftable EX weapons based on the 2nd Endwalker EX. We still haven't gotten Seat of Sacrafice EX weapons from Shadowbringers.

Wonder why they stopped.
