I had this a lot while in Japan, very good & health fast food. The notion of eating octopus was a little intimidating at first, but after some convincing I started eating these things all the time.

It would be a nice change to have some of these in the U.S.

Sounds great, but I think this is doomed to failure. The food poisoning lawsuits resulting from a bunch of teenie boppers mishandling seafood will put them out of business.

There's a reason I don't eat at McDonalds... I worked there.:badshape:

yea Takoyaki. and major food in Osaka
one of my best favorit food

but I`d like Okonomiyaki more.
