this game manager was very helpful with the situation that I had yesterday. I won't get into details of the situation but it was causing a serious problem with sprouts in game. they had good empathy towards the situation and was very professional.
even though this game is over 5 years old in the U.S etc. they still strive to help players in game. this is appreciated in a lot of ways. Thank you I hope your dept has a great week.
suggestion
add a lock ring to the start of each boss phases in praetorium and castrum meridium
players who want to skip cut scenes can, but will have to wait on sprouts or first time runners to finish the cut scene. sprouts/first time runners won't have to feel rushed or confused to keep up with everyone.
if no sprouts or first timers into these dungeons, have system remove the ring.
