Every time I have an interaction with a GM, they always ask me to leave feedback on the forums... but there are so many different categories I never know where to put them! So I'm putting this one here for now 
All the GMs I have spoken to have been very professional and courteous. Today's was (again, I believe) GM Ginooyawakapo. They're usually fairly prompt as well, though I've noticed they do seem to be running on a script that is copied and pasted into the chat with minor edits. (Not an issue, just an observation since sometimes the text is cut off or incomplete!)
