Had an earlier issue with some rude folks in an instance today and threw in a report. Less than half an hour later GM Wyndallus responded and talked with me, covered all the information i gave, and even threw in a small joke to lighten the spirits after it all. An absolutely painless experience, and another moment where the game and most of its community really shines! Thank you again, GM Wyndallus!
