I had filed a report earlier today and GM Laghegath got back to me within just a couple hours! Assisted with a harassment issue (discriminatory related) and took the time to chat with me about the instances that occurred. They were professional and very kind to me as we spoke. Again, I cannot put into words how much I appreciate their time and will to make a safer and more enjoyable FFXIV community. Thank you again!
