I came back to write another positive review of this GM because that's how good they are. 
GM Avensocybe does an excellent and thorough job of understanding reports, communicating with players, and making a positive difference in the community. Whenever my cases are in the hands of this GM my problem actually gets resolved. Their responses never feel automated and they feel like a real person when I interact with them. The other GMs are great as well, but I feel that this one in particular stands out for me. I really hope that Square Enix can consider giving this sensible GM a raise if they haven't already. They are part of the reason why I am still subscribed.
