Getting a lot of 90002, 90001 and 2002 in Primal/Behemoth - Brazilian ISP

It started last week, never had this before.
Started with 90002 errors, then 2002 and now 90001.

I'm from Brazil and I don't see a lot of people of Primal in the forum with this problem. So I wonder what it is.

- Platform (PS4, PS5, Xbox): PC
- Wired or WIFI connection?: Wired
- When the disconnect occurs/How often? It depends, was every 20 min , now is 5 min every 5 min, sometimes i cant even login with a 2002 error.
- Does the disconnection happen to one character or multiple characters? I only use one character.
- Where in game do you get disconnected? All places.
- What ISP Is being used? Ligga Telecomunicações S.A.
- Is a VPN being used when this occurs? I do not use VPN.

Open the control panel of the PC and go to ‘Network and Internet’. Once there select ‘Internet Options’
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"

- Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
- Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
- Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
*Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

Already did it, it did not worked.

Already checked my files, it is okay. I cleaned everything up too.
