I'm having a weird issue that started around the last 2 weeks ish.
I play borderless-windowed mode.
When I start the game after using the launcher, it starts in a windowed mode, without the option to maximize (as in Windows does not show the 'maximize' menu options - you know, where you get minimize, maximize or close X).
I found NO way to maximize from Windows side (like Windows Key + up etc.) and nothing works.
When the game is still starting (IE before the Dawntrail start menu appears), I still see the bar at the top of the game, so I can move it around a bit, until it 'disappears' once it's actually loaded.
Only workaround I found was to move the game window via said bar a little bit before it's loaded, so that I can see the 'settings' option in the main menu, then switch to windowed mode > cancel without saving changes > it reverts back to a correct borderless Windowed mode.
One way to replicate this I found is when in a 'correct' borderless windowed mode, press windows key + up - that replicates the behavior I'm seeing. Anyone else seeing the same, or know how to solve this?
This happens most of the time, but I noticed after a reboot it will be fine for a little bit, before going bad again.
