This afternoon, I used whitegate warp taru to warp to my nation of allegience (Windurst), I get a time out error after a prolonged "downloading data' screen. I try to log in a few times, same thing.

I head to my mule, call a GM a couple times, ended up being afk when they got to me (yay).

Then after about 2 hours, I get this help desk message..

The same thing happened to me on a Saturday before the patch. I was in an XP party getting ready to head out and go to Al Zhabi and the game timed out. I wasn't able to get back in until 5 hours later.
