I wouldn't try it without letting it dry at least a full 24 hours, but yes... If there's no voltage running through the circuit I don't see how it'd cause any problem. I dropped my cell phone into a pool and it still worked when I turned it back on days later, and that shit is full of a corrosive.

While I wouldn't put the entire keyboard in the dishwasher, i have put the keys in the little utensil bin along with the plastic shell on the top shelf. Then use isopropyl alcohol or an electronic cleanser on the contact sheet itself.
