I recently built my first PC, and for the life of me I cannot get rid of the frame rate drops in this game.
Processor: i9-9900K GPU: GeForce 2080 Super RAM: 32gb
I know the PC is more than capable, and I get over double the max rating to run the game at max settings in the benchmark. My internet speeds are great with Ethernet, steady 400/400 minimum.
But no matter what settings I play on, even Desktop - Standard or setting the in game cap at 30fps, I’m still randomly getting a bunch of stuttering and FPS drops.
This is the only game this has been happening to me in, so I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue or can help at all. I tried turning off Windows’ full screen optimization per another post. Didn’t help. I tried using RivaTuner to cap the rate also per another post. That seemed to help somewhat, but I think my settings might have been fucked up, because it looked a little wonky after that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, because it is really bothering me. I am otherwise loving the game and want to keep going.
