I've been having an issue recently, post-5.3, involving severe FPS drops. It gets so bad that the game almost "micro crashes," with the little red disconnect icon next to my name.
I've checked CPU temperature, updated Windows 10 and un/reinstalled the game. I run the game in windowed fullscreen mode, with the lowest graphics settings possible.
