To put it politely, with the way that the housing plots went on the servers, I can say that it could have gone better. That being said, lots of people whom have never had the chance to buy a house are stiffed once again by the vultures that plague the servers. Free Companies sometimes at the extreme get a house for each of their members, thus taking up a whole Ward be it the regular or the subdivision, House Flippers and Bots grab them before anyone can get into the wards to log in and sell it for triple the price if not quadruple the price and as well as people whom own multiple houses, especially those who own three 1st Class Large Plots. Well, the aspiring house seekers have been disappointed and angered again and again, ward after ward opens, it all gets plucked away by the first come, first serve.
Now, I have a solution that may fix the problem, if not but at least slightly, so that we people whom have been going after a house for either a short minute or a long while, can have a turn at owning a house. I would propose that Square Enix implements a system for the next set of Wards where it is "First Come, First Serve" for the accounts who do not own a house on their account at all. Those whom have been wanting a house have a stronger chance then to be able to have the ability and the privilege in buying a house. This would be good for both Free Companies who have been wanting to buy a plot or a private estate where new Role Play potential and creativity can be created.
