Promathia is a casual Free Company formed by a core group of long time MMO vets that have been playing FFXIV since release. We're based on the Midgardsomir server on the Aether Data Center. We do some progression content currently: like extreme trials, but we could be interested in putting a static together for savage and ultimate fights if enough of the FC player base wants in.
Mostly we'd just like to grow and welcome more members to our group. So we're opening up recruitment for anyone interested in a fun, friendly place to hang out. Our core group of members play other games too, almost like a video-game book club. We play through all types of games, have fun, review them, talk about them together, discuss what we like and what we don't like, but FFXIV is always been our home and our rock. It's even where some of us met for the first time, and it's always been our main game/MMO.
We have an FC house in the lavender beds where we gather and hang out. There's plenty of private rooms we can open up so you don't have to have an apartment far away from the action if you're interested in housing.
New players are especially welcome; we have several seasoned players who enjoy mentoring new ones. If this sounds like a place you're interested in hanging out and playing FFXIV with us, reply to this post or shoot me a PM.
Upon joining the FC, I'll give out our discord link so you can chat and hang out with us in there if that's your jam; it's not required with the 1 possible exception of having to listen for call-outs during progression related content, but that'll be on the group leaders discretion.
Requirements are: just be mature, friendly, 18+, and interested in joining lol
