Before people get on my case that BuG RePoRtS gO tHaT wAy, I already submitted a bug report.
I was talking to my static and apparently 4 out of 8 players on their PCs have had this fatal DirectX Error since Patch 7.55. None of them experienced it before.
All of a sudden I'm thinking that it must be the patch.
Have you experienced this before? I've played since ARR Beta Phase 3, and I've never had the game just crash on me and close down.
I just played Valigarmanda EX and crashed 3x in a span of a half hour.
I'm curious if other people are experiencing it, and if this feedback will escalate the concerns within the FFXIV Forum Moderator communities.
If you have ideas on fixes, let me know. I deleted all of my GPU drivers in Safe Mode and wiped everything clean, then reinstalled the video drivers. That didn't work.
