I'm at my wits end because FFXIV keeps lagging for me. I can move my character but my character stays frozen and she's not doing any animations, and then everyone else stays frozen. Then for a few seconds, everyone and my character starts moving normal. The game sound's cuts off everytime I lag. I would log out and check my connection but it says excellent, however the problem keeps persisting.
