Today I made the same thing with him (see previous thread https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...-Bonding-Error) and noticed the bracelet of passion changed the name even if I denied.
So the "(Gold)" disappeared and the error persist.
Edit: Also, I want to point out it only happens with the Gold version, the Standard stayed with the original name even denying.
