Hey guys my friend is trying to make a free trial account to test the game, but every time he has to put the code that you receive on the email he gets this msg at the website:
" A technical issue has occurred.
Try accessing the site again. If the issue still has not been resolved, please contact the Square Enix Support Center. "
No error number only this msg.
Is this a common thing?
