Steps:
1. Use a female Elezen character.
2. Put on the Elezen Gown chestpiece.
3. Select the "Dye" option for the Elezen Gown.
4. Choose any color and notice that the leather "belt" dyes a darker variant of the selected color, while the upper leather part near the chest and shoulders dyes black with all colors. This wasn't the case before the update. Both leather parts used to get dyed with a darker variant of the selected color, which is how it's supposed to be.
Below are pictures to show the issue. The stitches get dyed, so there's no reason for the leather to remain black. To note that the original color for both parts of the leather is the same brown.
