Started getting this error upon pressing play from the launcher but only on my PCs Admin account. A Non-admin account can launch just fine. Google has not been helpful as most mention either a Mac App (on PC) or Stream (which I don't use for FFXIV).
Already tried several restarts, switching Direct X versions, disabling all startup programs and using the old launcher. One link mentioned this error occurs when there's a possible program modifying memory FF uses -- an anti-cheat mechanism so to speak yet it ran fine on Sunday and I made no changes on my computer.
