 | Hello! I had the amazing chance to go to Japan recently and of course I had to hit up the Eorzea Cafes in Tokyo and Osaka while I was there! I thought that most of the food and drinks were surprisingly yummy and actually there is one dish that I am still thinking about: the Titan fried rice in Osaka's cafe. I really want to try making it but the thing is, I can't remember what the menu said was in it and it doesn't look like it's on the online menu either. It did seem quite simple though: fried rice in a tangy, flavourful, warming tomato based sauce. This is kind of a long shot but I was wondering if there's anybody who has visited recently that might remember what is in it/took photos of the menu, or if there's anybody who might be visiting soon and can let me know what the menu says?
