[Elemental] Recovery from Kujata World Technical Difficulties (Aug. 7, 8)

During the following time period, FINAL FANTASY XIV players were unable to access the Kujata world.

[Details]
Players were unable to:

・Access the Kujata world

・World Visit or Data Center Travel to Kujata

・Transfer home world to Kujata

・Log in following a disconnect from the server after exiting a duty while on Kujata until recovery was completed

・Use free company chat while in another world if the character's home world is Kujata

・Use features connected to in-game activity in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion App if the character's home world is Kujata. Also, players were unable to make purchases from the market board on the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion App while in Kujata via World Visit/Data Center Travel.
