you should never have to blacklist someone you are in ls with. i love how people he is nice to tell others that we should just deal with it, easy on your side to think that way im sure. "this guy is a complete douche, but you should just deal with it becuase hes nice to me". and i hope that you discussed the info the sacks had before you made this vote. im pretty sure he has a large group of friends in this ls, doesnt mean the minority that hes an ass to should be weighed out by a vote.

Well, at least this has been a pretty cool (as in tempers have not flared) discussion amongst everyone.
Maybe if more then half the LS didn't cherry pick there wouldn't be a problem. 26 people at northland runs where 6 of our invitees can't come cause they don't have clears. And 16 ppl at Jeuno with invitees.

Yel and I are keeping track of who is there and who isn't and who is online when dynamis is happening and who isn't. If you are acctully coming to every run when you are online then you have should have no worries and I am not refering to that person when I say "cherry picking". But numbers on a run speak for themself.

I'm with Modoja on this. Personally, I have limited game time, I am doing a fair amount of events but I also have to do some things for myself. The way you, Heie, throw around "cherry picking" and talking about keeping track of who is on the LS during Dynamis runs, well, that makes Dynamis a non-priority for me.

If people are going to be accused of cherry picking and/or removed from Dynamis based on their attendance then the rules should be clearer about the attendance requirements for lotting AF.
The rules simply say that attendance is expected at all runs if the person is online. IMO that's a rather steep expectation to place on people for a reasonably large event. My understanding was that a purpose of creating the LS in the first place was to offer an exclusive Dynamis choice for LS members which would include a more select group of invitees than DX, which was public. Requiring people to attend each run or holding the possibility of kicking them from it over attendance, or even just saying they are cherry picking seems unfair without more clear rules behind it. People aren't expected to come to every single LS event, many people wax & wane on which particular events they tend to always attend but as long as they are helping in general there's no reason to say they are cherry picking.

No need to be rude to me. Yes, in the absence of other people, I suppose I had to do what you consider stepping down. I truly wish I could afford to waste gil every sponsorship, because contrary to what you were implying earlier in this thread, I care about more than the currency for my Aegis, I love getting AF for friends as well. But unfortunately, gil is in fact an issue for me - always have been.
It takes me approximately 50 hours of farming to raise one million gil, or it requires me to get seriously lucky while mining Mount Zhaylom or doing ENMs. I don't really understand why I have to justify my desire to not lose gil to you, as the impression I get from you implies I shouldn't care about losing money as long as Spit is kept out. Nor do I understand why you're being so adamant about this, since you don't come to these runs and this has no effect on your game whatsoever.
If you wish to start joining our runs, though, I'd be more than happy to have your skills present instead of Spit's. But until you come to our runs, or invest your own gil in this, please try to refrain from judging me in how I spend mine.
As a person who spent a lot of time doing stuff with Spit, I would have to say he should move on and not be invited to Ultima Dynamis.
If he can't see what he did as being wrong then there will only be issues later on with his attitude.
The times I've been on for Dynamis, our numbers seem decent. I never noticed Spit at Dynamis till Xarc just recently anyways.
