Primal Rend also came from the suggestion of Dark Knight player posted Gut animation from Berserk game. I think he asked for dev to mix dragon jump and put a bit of explosion to improve bloodspiller but yeah it end up as Primal Rend now because the job designer hog it for war instead.
Also there was also a clip of genshin impact showing Wolf Boy using a Wolf stand posted by Dark Knight player who asked for living shadow rework but as you can already guessed, yoshida decided to use it to create a reaper instead.
Will Yoshida team ever going to stop this bad habit? are we expected to put up with this forever?
