Why are the earrings still locked to an old event, and why does Yokai Watch get such a massive experience compared to such a big franchise? We should at least get a slime minion or something, love that Yokai got an event for the Yokai fans but it's just so strange how little attention one of their other biggest franchises gets. Even Fall Guys got something more interactive. Little bit of a rant, just hope they one day give a little more love to all my DQ homies.
Imagine a slime knight mount, or some Dragon Quest attire... anything, why is all we get a golem minion (notable for DQ but nowhere near the mascots). Slime hat is fun but it doesn't go with any glams. Not much to really show off as a DQ fan despite there being a crossover, which is a shame.
Idk if the teams just want as little to do with one another or what, but for one of their running flagship games, one that also has an MMO, it's just a little odd how little their interaction was.
Any other DQ fan I run into is also blown away by how little the FF14 team seems to acknowledge the series, please give us something for Dragon Quest 12 at least.
HD2D remakes of 1-3 were the perfect time to do at least a little something, but alas it was not meant to be.
