I got the Starter Edition to see if I liked the game (I did!) and my only options for buying the expansions was to get the complete edition. But after purchasing it, the store says I have nothing to download and I havnt been given any key or code to input. I did all the basic tricks (restarting the game, checking everywhere in the mog store, looking for a button somewhere) to see if it synced but no luck.
Even when my plan B is to just buy the single expansion heavensward, it’s not listed on the store anywhere. Just starter and complete editions. I’m trying to redownload it now to see if that helps but is there something I’m missing?! I feel like I’m going insane.
Any and all help would be appreciated thank you so much!
