lol.. should have asked about your PSU, kind of figured it would have been new enough.

I've never had a problem with Crucial's memory matching. It's always been spot-on.

Good luck with all of the upgrades! More memory never can hurt.

Make sure to get two pairs . Your system supports up to 4GB!

Yeah I saw that my PC requires matched memory. From what I understand/see, I have two 512MB sticks currently, and two open slots. I was planning on probably getting a pair of 1GB sticks... I've read in a few places that 32-bit Vista won't recognize the 4th GB and you'd need to upgrade to 64-bit OS if you want to use more than 3GB of RAM.
