Today I joined what I thought was the FF XIV Discord. It is the one that comes up with every search for a discord. I had just found out that there was lottery system for housing and was bit upset at the odds. So I plugged some calculations into the AI and posted my findings in a channel called RANTS. Free speech in a channel like that . .right . . .WRONG.
I was systematically attacked and ridiculed for the rant. When I complained about the trolling I WAS muted for 6 hours. So after the six hours I posted a RANT about the fact that there were not any rules or warnings in the Rant channel concerning Punishments and expectations.
Again I was systematically attacked including comments like "Just leave the server" Not only did the moderators NOT stop this they participated and again when I complained (via Modmail this time) I was muted for 12 hours.
I threatened to Report them to Square Enix and they said they are not affiliated with them.
Does square Enix Know this Moderation staff is operating a discord and promoting their game with juvenile emotional behavioral responses to situations?
This is Typical Blame the victim behavior when the powers that be don't like the subject matter being addressed!
