Seriously folks, I cannot count the amount of times I've encountered a player with multiple level 80 jobs that has made an intentional decision to ignore a significant part of their role's kit.
Examples :
And the keyword's here are intentional and refuse. Receptive new players are awesome and I love to take the time to help them out. This, on the other hand, is specifically about the types who immediately rage when requested to do/not do any of the above because they simply don't want to (at the expense of everyone else's time and energy).
Aside from running with premades, what do folks suppose is the best way to deal with this kind of behavior?

- Tanks that refuse to rotate cool-downs during trashpulls, or participate in 'You pull it you Tank it'.
- DPS that refuse to execute positionals, use AoEs or frequently AFK mid-pull
