Direct x crashes Right from launcher. Unable to Launch game

[RSS News]

Since last night I am unable to get into the game at all from the launcher. Each time I try I am greeted with the same DirectX Error messages

The game will not boot from launcher AT ALL. Brand new driver install, uninstalled the game and re-installed and still having the exact same error message
