Hi, new FFXIV player here, ex-wow player.
In WoW it was pretty hard to find groups for doing some endgame content, due to the lack of tanks/heals mainly. It's the same for FFXIV ?
Im a bit worried about waiting like 40mins to finding a group that want me for endgame stuffs.
