During the cutscene where the Warrior of Light listens in on the conversation between Y'shtola and Urianger, the dialogue text reads, in part:

Y'shtola: Urianger─I know full well, after all these years, that you have only the best of intentions.
Y'shtola: But that does make it any easier to put my faith in a man so infatuated with secrecy.
The second line should read "But that does not make it any easier to put my faith in a man so infatuated with secrecy."
The voice line is correct - it includes the "not" - and so should not need to be re-recorded.
