Just let the Boss's parse dude.
I never use mits as I have empathy, unlike you lot.
Imagine if the Boss could give you 8 damage downs that stack whenever you do your burst phase on command. Imagine if the boss can give you damage down every 90 secs, or in some cases 1 minute.
That would SUCK.
Just like Honey Bee and Akuma parse. Akuma has to do his extremely long Knuckle Sandwich burst rotation which is like 8 gcds in 4 seconds. He is legit dpsing his heart out. Why would you want to ruin his parse?
Same with his bombardian special, he saved his pots for that burst. Just like him parse dude.
