Like, how they can address technical stuff for some jobs, like BLM's Umbral Soul, and completely ignore the big flaw that Tillana does have?
For those who don't play DNC: Tillana doesn't follow their pattern that other jobs have of "gives a free usage of a <insert resource spender>" in this case, Esprit. Instead, Tillana gives 50 of it, which is problematic because it leads easily to overcap Saber Dance / Dance of the Dawn usages during burst windows.
I don't think it fully fixes DNC's issues with their resources, but at least it would alleviate things for a while.
