Counting How Many Quests A Realm Reborn Has Before In Patch 5.3

I know they have said that the Main Story is being abridged, but it inspired me to see how many quests are in A Realm Reborn before 5.3 goes into effect for both Main Story and Side Quests. This count doesn't include Job Quests for Combat, Crafting and Gathering.
