Connection Problem

I just got a new pc and I cant seem to get connected to POL or mozilla but I can surf on internet explorer. Please help me.

Hehe yea. Thanks Ekan just told me about it. Installed Norton earlier. Had to disable firewall. Thank you for your help =)
