Just found out that when people are going through a divorce it's legal for a lawyer to subpena (sp? lol) a Cellphone carriers text and voicmail records for the case.
Almost certain this can/will/has be done also when involving criminal cases as well.
So pretty much anything you say on voicemail or in text message can be brought up in court.
